Property Styling is about preparing your home for sale. The aim is to sell it faster and for the best possible price. It includes a property stylist’s advice, repairs and improvements and expertly styled designer furniture hire. Because together these three elements will help your home stand out from the crowd.
Who Needs a Property Stylist?
We believe that everyone selling a residential property should invest in preparing your home for sale. However, this is especially the case if it is a new build or vacant home for sale. Alternatively, you may be a homeowner that is time poor or simply overwhelmed and not sure where to start.

Property Styling is also more accessible than ever thants to the ability to defer most of the upfront costs using our Style Now Pay Later service. There is no reason to compromise your final sale price or to risk your sale campaign failing entirely by taking a poorly presented home to market.
What are the benefits of styling homes for sale?
Statistically, homes that have had the assistance of a professional property stylist sell for more and faster. This is because of the initial visual impact and attention that styling has. It creates the ability to stand out online. Once this is achieved, styling ensures your potential buyer is more engaged and most likely to develop an emotional attachment. This has the effect of also making your Real Estate Agent’s job that much easier. Because potential buyers will often stay longer in a styled home for sale than in an empty property. This creates more opportunities for your estate agent to engage with the potential buyers.

Prices listed are inclusive of GST.
They are for property up to 30minutes travel time from our Warehouse in Moorabbin. We also have fixed prices also available for property styling that is 30 minutes – 60 minutes from our Warehouse in Moorabbin. However, property that is over 1hour from our Warehouse may include a higher call out fee charged by our Logistics Contractors. Consequently these jobs would be quoted on a case by case basis.
For instance, property with difficult access that involves lifting furniture over balconies and more than two flights of stairs to access an apartment (without a lift) may also incur some additional fees and charges.
Speak with your Property Stylist for any clarification.
Sometimes, we may recommend your the layout of your property may also warrant the inclusion of additional pieces if rooms are oversized or unusually shaped. These additional costs would be identified during your site inspection and your quotation would be modified accordingly.
However the above inclusions are at our discretion. This is because, the primary considerations are what, in our professional advice, best suits your property, combined with a consideration of available stock at any given time.

The Property Styling Process
Once you make contact we will ask a few questions to get started. Firstly, we will offer either an onsite assessment and quotation or secondly a prepare a desktop estimate instead. It all depends on what stage you are in the property sale process. For example, we have clients that reach out to us a week before their photos and others that need early advice. Most importantly, they are seeking guidance to direct their presale renovation planning, before they even get to property styling. Because many of my clients are varying stages of readiness, we will work with you to to ensure that you:
