Property Styling Sunbury
Styling a brand new home for sale, is an amazing opportunity. In the case of these four bedroom homes in Sunbury we had a contemporary, blank canvas from which to work.
This property featured two children’s bedrooms, a guest bedroom, master bedroom with parents retreat as well as an open plan living and dining area that flowed onto both a covered entertaining area and backyard.

The property generally had a warm colour scheme and we used selections from across our Global Luxe theme to style the property. Monochrome highlights, geometric patterns, darker timber furniture combined with brass accessories and pops of dark green from foliage were features of this property styling package.

The staging delineated space for the open plan living area, demonstrated the ability to accommodate a large dining table and created zones for living. The year round outdoor living options were highlighted and we made sure to keep the views available from the upstairs parents retreat a highlight.
Two of these properties were completed at the same time and we styled just one of them for the owner who had project managed the build.
