Property Styling Viewbank
Progressively renovated by its builder owner, this double storey, elevated family home with expansive views was a contemporary canvas from which to work.
Our property styling included the retreat off the master bedroom, formal lounge room as well as an open plan living/family and dining area. The property also had a contemporary indoor/outdoor entertaining area and backyard and a balcony at the front of the property to take advantage of the views.

The property generally had a warm colour scheme and we used selections from across our Global Luxe property styling theme to style the property. Monochrome highlights, geometric patterns, darker timber furniture combined with brass accessories and pops of dark green from foliage were features of this property styling package.
The owner held some beautiful vintage, art deco objects with family significance. It was a great opportunity to integrate these pieces into the home.

Our property styling helped to create zones in the open plan living/family, dining, office and kitchen space. The indoor/outdoor living area was highlighted and we made sure to keep the views the focal point of the room.
This property was owner occupied so we worked together with our clients to supplement the use of some of their own furniture and accessory items. Supporting property styling advice regarding the additional bedrooms and kitchen was also provided.
