In May last year we worked with Michelle Stephens of O’Brien Real Estate to market 2 Bitalli Place in Sandhurst for sale.
Working with the clients we provided furniture and furnishings to assist them to stage their home for sale. Featuring selections from our Global Luxe range the Property Stylist made selections that coordinated with the darker timber tones and black trim throughout the home.
With two livings areas plus a study this home was a larger project despite being single level.

Featuring a mix of tiled and carpeted floors it was important to ensure that we supplied floor rugs that were both proportional to the rooms they were placed in and that they added a sense of warmth, luxury and aided the property stylist to create a sense of designated place and purpose for each area.
In this instance we used large scale rugs from our premium wholesale property styling furniture supplier, Bayliss.
