Selling a small one bedroom apartment in an older block of flats, off a busy road in Richmond, can be a tough ask. We worked with the Vendor and their real estate agent Alex Ilyin of Ray White in Brunswick to market the apartment for sale.
As property stylist’s we specialise in walking into cold, dark rooms and helping transform them into welcoming functional spaces that allow potential buyers to envisage themselves living there or the potential property investment income that can be generated. Left vacant all potential buyers have to see are the minor repairs that are needed, it will also often feel cold and difficult to visualise how the small spaces can be made functional.

We used natural linens to complement the warm timber floors and a mix of materials including metal mesh, concrete and chunky knits to reflect the inner urban aesthetic of the location.
