Property Styling Newport;
In another project for our repeat clients, we styled two townhouses in a small development in Newport.
Whilst marketed from architectural plans and interior renderings throughout the design and construction process, two of the units were unsold at the end of the project completion. Our Interior Stylists worked with Leo Dardha of Hocking Stuart in Yarraville to furnish and finish the two remaining townhouses for sale.
This project featured dramatic and edgy darker panelling and feature lights creating a sense of mood and drama perfect for first home buyers and professional couples moving into this inner western Melbourne suburb.

Whilst marketing developments under construction is necessary, often to get the projects off the ground in the first place, not all potential buyers feel confident and comfortable buying off the plan. Many potential property buyers feel the need to see the property in the flesh and may feel that the inherent risk in committing to buy something that isnt yet built is reduced.
