Our property stylists visited this home in Camberwell and discussed with the Vendor the need to restyle the bedrooms of older children and to reorientate and replace some furniture items which were not supporting the presentation of the home.

This home in Camberwell featured a beautiful, open plan and airy rear extension on a traditional Camberwell home.  With french doors opening to the backyard being blocked by a large lounge suite, which was suited to a family, the best assets of the home were not being supported.

Property Styling Melbourne supplied supplementary furniture like lounges, floor rugs, art, accessories and more to augment the home owner’s pieces.  We were particularly proud of the way we were able to integrate the home owners dining chairs with our feature Byron timber table.

This property has four bedrooms, two of which we completely restyled, two dining spaces, a remodelled bathroom and master bedroom extension as well as an expansive rear deck.

Our property stylist used selections from our Nordic Coast theme to complement the traditional styling of the property and existing coastal artworks.

Critical to the property styling strategy was our support of the vendors plans to restyle the bedrooms belonging to older children.  This supported their long term downsizing goals.

We were pleased to be able to demonstrate the sizeable nature of the bedrooms and integration of a study space into the first bedroom we styled.

The fourth bedroom presented challenges as we returned a study to a more valuable arrangement as a fourth bedroom.  However our styling had to deal with the array of power and data points that were placed mid height on the wall.  The utility of these services was great when used as a study but we had to find ways to ensure that they didn’t diminish the overall appearance and functionality of the room as a bedroom.

The home recently sold at Auction with the help of the Fletcher’s Canterbury team.
