This contemporary double storey home was owner occupied and although our client would be living in the property during the campaign, he was keen to put his own larger heavier pieces into storage so that we could better utilise the space.
It is always particularly effective for us to transform unused rooms into spacious guest bedrooms or studies to really showcase the versatility of each space.
The property generally had a warm colour scheme and we used selections from across our Global Luxe theme to stage the property. Monochrome highlights, geometric patterns, darker timber furniture combined with brass accessories and pops of dark green from foliage were features of this property styling package.
