The team from Nelson Alexander in Keilor East worked alongside the Vendor / Property Developer to put together a swift and successful real estate campaign. Contemporary finishes including an amazing kitchen island bench, feature pendant lights and split level living maximised the foot print of this property.
This was not your run of the mill duplex development. The bathrooms were a real standout for us as was the flexibility to have the Master on the ground floor. We styled the property to demonstrate the flexible and family friendly layout. Statement artworks referenced the darker exterior facade.
We enjoy working with Property Developers to put the finishing touches on their hard work. Property Styling Melbourne specialises in working with Builders and Property Developers to maximise the sale outcome of projects like this one in Keilor East.

Furniture and furnishings featured in this property styling project in Chelsea included:

- Rugs by Bayliss
- Dining Table, Sofa, Coffee Table and Outdoor Sofa Seat by Globewest
- Dining Chairs by SK Designer Living
- Table Lamps by Beacon
- Soft furnishings by Sparkk, United Interiors, IDC, Madras Link, Bambury and Aura
This project resulted in the property being under offer at $840k. Keilor East’s suburb clearance rate is pitching above the current Melbourne market average. It is a bit difficult to compare apples with apples from a sale price point of view as this is technically a townhouse development of two, 4 bed properties across the original block. They do however importantly have separately facing entry facades, distinguishing these homes from other side by side developments in the area.
