Property Styling Elwood
Recently renovated and well maintained by its owner-occupiers, this 2 bedroom apartment in beachside Elwood was the perfect blank canvas for us to style in preparation for auction.
Larger sized and ground floor, its features included a terrace and separate dining room with an amazing pendant light handcrafted by its owner. In order to create some privacy in between the two apartment windows, we placed tall plants outside which gave a fresh and green leafy view.

With an existing neutral colour scheme, and following consulation with the agent, we decided to make selections from our Nordic Coast theme. Subdued, highly textural pieces were chosen to appeal to inner urban buyers looking to experience bayside living.
