This small property styling job was turned around within just a few days to help out a client that was getting their investment property to market in a short time frame. Held as an investment in a relatively new, contemporary complex located this property was vacant at the time of styling.
It also had an amazing outdoor undercover entertaining area and an expanse of open, outdoor area not usually found in such complexes.
As it was expected that the property may sell to another investor or to single person, first home buyer or young professional couple, the property was styled using contemporary pieces from our Mod Oz theme.
The bright and light timber tones of the Mod Oz theme combined with pops of colour were set off by the modern style of some of the furniture pieces. The outdoor entertaining area was styled to demonstrate the ample use of space in the area.
