We were approached by Federation Residential Village in Glenroy to undertake the property styling of their two bedroom residential retirement village. Our interior design services included working with the client’s brief and within their allocated budget to create a cohesive interior design aesthetic that would appeal to retiree’s and people over 55 who were downsizing.
This property featured two bedrooms, main bathroom, laundry, kitchen and an open plan living and dining area. The property also included an undercover carpark, external storage and a private backyard courtyard.
The property had been freshly renovated with a warm, neutral colour scheme. We used selections from across our Nordic Coast interior design theme to stage the property. With an emphasis on a conservative but not dated hamptons feel we used blonde and distressed timbers, calm and neutral colours, textured fabrics and pops of green were found in the art works and foliage.
The first open was held the day after our interior design and property styling and the display unit was under offer that day. The Federation Residential Village team will now be able to repurpose the furniture and furnishings as they progressively develop their sales suites.
