We recently assisted our client, a property investor and renovator, with property styling in Frankston South. Instead of marketing his property for sale, the property styling was to attract the best possible rental return and valuation on his investment property.
This is becoming more common among our property investor clients, who make up approximately 75% of our client base.
This home was renovated by our client and the improvements included an expanded outdoor deck, refinished kitchen cabinetry, fresh painting, curtains and blinds. The property also featured a studio which could be used as a home office or guest rooms. The main home included three bedrooms, a renovated bathroom and an existing extension creating two separate light filled living spaces.
We used our light and bright mod oz theme to appeal to potential family tenants and styled one of the rooms as a child’s room. We created a more formal parents living room to the front of the house and an appealing, casual living room to the rear.
